Queensridge Community Info
Queensridge is one of twelve communities that make up the master planned community of Peccole Ranch, on the west side of the Las Vegas Valley. Stunning and elegant horse sculptures stand majestically at the guard-gates of this prestigious, European-themed neighborhood that is reminiscent of the countryside, featuring a variety of sumptuous custom and semi-custom homes and estates designed in French, Italian and English styles. It is a dramatically designed enclave, with lush, winding and over-grown tree-lined streets, greenbelts, small parks and gardens, all of which contribute to the luxurious feel and provide breathtaking settings for life. This sumptuous community is divided into two sections by a canyon.
Queensridge North, known as the “one-horse” entrance, is the smaller of the two, with a BBQ and tennis court and an open grassy field, while Queensridge South, the “two horse” entrance, features several community parks and the Queensridge Clubhouse. The clubhouse, complete with fitness room, tennis courts, 2 pools, spas and conference rooms is available to homeowners only. Some homes sit on the beautifully designed Badlands Golf Course, featuring a challenging, 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Johnny Miller and his team, with gorgeous paseos, arroyos and canyons that wrap around this community, and offer panoramic views of both the mountains and the Las Vegas Valley.
Conveniently located, with easy access to several outstanding local resorts and nearby Boca Park, offering both exceptional shopping and dining, everything one might wish for is easily within reach. For outdoor lovers, Red Rock Canyon is only a short distance from Queensridge. Home Owners Association fees range from $292 to $477 monthly.
