Measurements & MLS Notes – Our Listing Coordinator will take the time to do a thorough job of inspecting, measuring and taking notes on your home for the MLS and our own marketing program. While other Realtors will commonly copy old listing information, we want to be as accurate as possible.

Professional Photography - Buyers will usually decide whether or not to even look at a home based on the pictures, so don’t settle for anything less than the best. The MLS can hold up to 18 photos of your home so be sure to take advantage of this opportunity with our photographer.

However, when the open house sign is out, we are open for business!
